This is not surprising because the recipes we bring you are so delicious they will make your mouth water. The best thing about them is the ideal seasoning which we use: EVOO. <strong>You will love these recipes with olive oil!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The creations we tell you about below are traditionally eaten during the Easter celebrations, but naturally you can cook and sample these sweetmeats at any time of the year.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-3-recetas-con-aceite-de-oliva-para-disfrutar-del-dulce\">3 recipes with olive oil so you can enjoy sweet dishes<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Many creations use EVOO and we know that a <strong>recipe with extra virgin olive oil<\/strong> will go down a treat with everyone.<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong><em>Torrijas<\/em><\/strong>. First cut the bread into two-centimetre slices. Boil milk with cinnamon sticks, the peel of a lemon, and sugar to taste. Allow the milk to cool and soak the bread slices in it. Then beat the eggs and dip the slices in the beaten egg mixture in order to fry them in a frying pan with olive oil. To add the finishing touch to this recipe, sprinkle with sugar and powdered cinnamon.<\/li><\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong><em>Pesti\u00f1os<\/em><\/strong>. For this recipe the first step is to spice the olive oil with cinnamon sticks and lemon peel and then to fry everything in a frying pan on a low flame. While it cools, prepare the pastry of the <em>pesti\u00f1os<\/em> with flour, salt, and a glass of wine. We blend it until a very soft pastry is obtained (thanks to the olive oil it is easy to handle and does not stick). Then we shape it and fry the <em>pesti\u00f1os<\/em> in plenty of extra virgin olive oil until they are golden. Finally, roll them in sugar.<\/li><\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Fried milk dessert<\/strong>. We prepare the mass with eggs, sugar, flour, cinnamon, and milk. Once it has been mixed we heat the saucepan and stir until the mixture thickens. Then we put it in the fridge for at least two hours. Before frying the mass we cut it into squares and dip them in flour and then in beaten eggs; we fry them in a frying pan with hot olive oil until they are golden.
